About Us
WhatsOn Youth Organization is a dynamic, youth-led platform dedicated to empowering the next generation through education, technology, arts, and community engagement. Since its inception, the organization has impacted hundreds of young lives across Bangladesh by delivering practical, skill-based training that leads directly to employment, entrepreneurship, and personal growth.
Through signature programs like the Web Development & UX Bootcamp, WordPress Customization Course, and Social Media Marketing A–Z, youth are gaining in-demand digital skills. Notably, these initiatives have led to real outcomes, including job placements, internships, and freelance success—especially among underprivileged and female participants, many of whom receive full scholarships.
WhatsOn also emphasizes global standards and digital awareness. Its British Assessment Bureau & GDPR Workshop prepared 38 young people for careers in international IT and compliance. In partnership with the Government of Bangladesh, WhatsOn conducted a 7-day Block and Batik Workshop, blending traditional craft with modern branding support and entrepreneurship training.
At the heart of this transformation is the WhatsOn IT Academy, equipped with computers and digital tools like Slack, Google Classroom, GitHub, and WhatsApp. By offering free digital training to underserved communities, the organization is playing a critical role in poverty alleviation and youth employment.
Beyond education, WhatsOn Youth Organization is known for mobilizing youth through environmental campaigns, arts initiatives, and cultural events, both locally and internationally. With a focus on real-world learning, post-course mentorship, and freelancing, WhatsOn Youth Organization continues to build a tech-empowered, self-reliant generation prepared to thrive in both local and global markets.
